Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll repair, maintain, and improve production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure while helping minimize downtime and support safe, efficient operations.

What You'll Do
Every day brings something different. You'll:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime

• Install, rebuild, and relocate manufacturing equipment

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems

• Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed

• Document completed work using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

• Work independently and collaborate with teammates to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical documentation

• Forklift, crane, and lift experience is a plus

• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
