Automotive Service Advisor
CDJR is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Adviso r to join our growing service team. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with an employee-owned company .

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assess service needs
- Communicate service recommendations and timelines
- Partner with technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs
- Use dealer management systems (CDK) to support workflow
- Build strong customer relationships and loyalty

- Customer service experience (any industry)
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Desire to help others and learn
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
