Adult NP / PA- $150K | Outpatient | New Grads | Flexible Workweek

A physician-owned primary care practice near Washington, DC is hiring a Korean-speaking NP or PA to serve an adult panel where Korean is the primary language of care. Advanced or native Korean fluency is a hard requirement. New graduates welcome; 5+ years of RN experience counts. Physician owner on site, formal onboarding in place, malpractice and Maryland licensure costs covered by the practice. Key Responsibilities Provide adult primary care (18 and over) conducting visits in Korean where preferred Diagnose and manage hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, thyroid disease, and acute presentations Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance Order and interpret labs and imaging; coordinate specialist referrals Deliver medication and lifestyle counseling in Korean adapted to each patient Document accurately in eClinicalWorks Collaborate with physician owner and provider team on complex cases Qualifications Required: Advanced or native Korean fluency (hard requirement; no substitution) Active Maryland APRN or PA license, or eligibility to obtain FNP-BC or PA-C certification Active DEA registration | Current ACLS and BLS Compassionate approach; practice treats patients like family Preferred: Prior primary care NP, PA, or ambulatory RN experience Experience with first-generation immigrant or language-concordant care populations Schedule & Compensation $125,000-$150,000/year + productivity bonus Room above range for candidates with 5+ years experience Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance negotiable Full-time | Five 8-hour shifts | Monday-Friday Onsite by default; hybrid or telehealth days open to discussion Maryland licensure costs and CEU covered by employer Formal onboarding program #J-18808-Ljbffr NPHire
