Lead Warehouse Associate | Monday–Friday | Growth Opportunity

Location: Hardeeville, SC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am - 5pm
Pay: $20-$21 (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate who’s ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on leadership role —you’ll be working alongside your team while helping drive productivity, safety, and daily operations.

If you have strong forklift experience and enjoy leading by example, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support daily warehouse operations
Load and unload trucks using forklift and manual labor
Stage materials for delivery (lumber, steel rebar, palletized construction products)
Assign tasks and help keep the team on track throughout the shift
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
Train and support new warehouse associates
Communicate with drivers and management to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of warehouse experience
Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
Strong forklift experience required
Ability to lift up to 94 lbs consistently
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
