Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Linden Center is looking for a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining balance outside of work. At The Linden Center, we specialize in play-based, early intervention ABA therapy for children primarily ages 2–8. Responsibilities include: Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral and developmental assessments. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on each child's strengths, needs, and family priorities. Create meaningful skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming within a play-based environment. Regularly review client data and modify treatment goals and protocols based on clinical progress. Provide ongoing supervision, modeling, feedback, and support to behavior technicians. Train technicians to implement treatment programs and behavior support plans accurately and confidently. Conduct caregiver training and maintain regular communication with families regarding progress, concerns, and treatment recommendations. Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, and other providers to support continuity of care. Complete treatment plans, reauthorizations, session notes, and other required clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines. Maintain clinical documentation and services in accordance with BACB, insurance, HIPAA, and organizational requirements. Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and center-wide problem-solving. What We're Looking For Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB Current or eligible Michigan behavior analyst licensure Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, preferably within an early intervention population Experience conducting and interpreting assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, or similar assessments Experience developing individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Experience supervising, training, and mentoring behavior technicians Comfortable collaborating directly with caregivers and leading caregiver training Strong understanding of current BACB ethical standards and evidence-based clinical practices Strong communication, organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills Completion of required supervision training or willingness to complete applicable requirements CPR/First Aid certification preferred The BCBA Who Thrives Here You may be a great fit if you enjoy being actively involved with your clients and technicians, value collaboration over working in isolation, and believe meaningful learning can happen through play and everyday interactions.
