Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a K–12 school setting in Brighton, CO. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. This is a great fit for both experienced school-based OTs and those transitioning into schools.**Why Join Us*** Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule* W-2 employment with liability insurance included* Healthcare benefits\* + 401(k) with company match* Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses* Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses**What You’ll Do*** Provide school-based OT services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation* Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports* Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs* Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams* Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development* Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover* Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records* Adapt materials and environments to improve student access**What We’re Looking For*** Active (or eligible) Colorado State OT license* CDE Certification with Special Service Provider Endorsement (or ability to obtain)* Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy* Strong communication and collaboration skills* School-based experience preferred, not required**About Ampersand Therapy** Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
