Building Supervisor

Building Supervisor Community EducationA position is available for a Building Supervisor with Community Education working evenings, weekend days, and evenings. Under the direction of the Mankato Area Public Schools Facility Use Policy and Community Education Director, the Building Supervisor is responsible for high-quality customer service and the safety and security of MAPS buildings and activity participants. Responsible for the setting up and taking down of event space used which includes cleaning. Problem solves any issues that may come up.Qualifications Required:Minimum of 18 years of ageMust possess ability to transport self to locations of work, throughout the DistrictMust be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholdersMust be able to work professionally under pressureMust be able to set up and take down equipmentHas the ability to build positive relationships with customers and custodian personnelMust be able to complete Red Cross First Aid and CPR training (provided)$18.00 - $21.00 per hour. Reports to Facility Use Specialist under guidance of the Community Education Director.
