We're seeking a creative powerhouse to define and deliver engaging email and in-app journeys for a leading brand in the connected device space. What You'll Do

• Design and produce digital marketing email and in-app customer experiences from concept through final delivery, ensuring a consistent and delightful user journey.
• Review AI-generated creative output, identify opportunities for improvement, and apply a rigorous QA lens to ensure the highest quality results.
• Provide visionary creative direction as a senior designer, setting the quality bar for all creative output and guiding design excellence.
• Partner strategically with digital marketing teams to deliver successful seasonal and always-on campaigns that drive customer interaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and aligning design efforts with broader business goals.
• Manage your own workload, priorities, and timelines across concurrent campaigns, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and ensuring timely execution.
• Your time will be dedicated to hands-on design work, critically reviewing AI output and existing product experiences, and actively participating in collaborative meetings that shape the future of connected device interactions.

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of relevant design experience, encompassing a broad range of digital design disciplines beyond strictly UX.
• Proven AI fluency in a daily production workflow, including generating, directing, and meticulously QA'ing AI output to achieve desired creative outcomes.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, demonstrating mastery of design and prototyping tools.
• Strong experience in email design, covering both strategic campaign communications and essential lifecycle messages.
• Demonstrated expertise in in-app customer experience design, creating intuitive and engaging digital pathways.
• Exceptional visual design and UX skills, with a strong emphasis on craft, execution, and delivering polished user interfaces over extensive research.
• A track record of successful marketing campaign delivery from initial concept through to final execution and deployment.
• A relevant degree, certification, or equivalent work history that showcases your design expertise.

Bonus Points If You Have

• In-house design experience, working brand-side within an established design system, contributing to brand consistency and efficiency.
• Experience with marketing for hardware and software products (physical devices plus in-app experiences, such as smart security or wearable technology), understanding the unique challenges of integrated experiences.
• Prior involvement in product launch support, contributing to the successful introduction of new technologies to the market.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, adept at navigating complex organizational structures and influencing key decision-makers.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• A proven ability to self-manage across concurrent campaigns with fixed deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality work under pressure.
