About the Role:
Join our passionate team at ITS ALL ABOUT KIDS INC, Mountainside Children's Center as a part-time Childcare Teacher in the afternoons! We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
• Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Observe and assess children's behavior and development regularly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.
• Relevant certifications in childcare or teaching are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
• Reliable and punctual, with a flexible schedule for afternoon shifts.
• Background check clearance required.
