Overview: Maintain consumer loan, charge-off and deceased files. Maintain Affidavits of Good Faith, and trust account documents. Scan and index all loan documents. Provide general support to the Document Management Representatives, auditors as well as other financial centers and departments. Responsibilities:

• File paperwork and maintain files for collections, consumer loans, credit cards, charge-offs, and deceased members.
• Pull loan files, affidavits of good faith and trust accounts for all departments and branches, as requested. Ensure all files are returned with no missing paperwork.
• Scan and index loan documents, titles, levies & CHO documents that produces a clear, readable image, as assigned by manager.
• Responsible for making new file folders for merger account loan files.
• Respond to email requests from all employees, as needed.
• File Affidavits of Good Faith, trust accounts, Letters of Testamentary.
• Assist branches and auditors in locating and tracking loan documents and files that have been scanned, or are awaiting to be scanned.
• Complete the daily email request for titles to be pulled for the paid loan report as directed by the Loan Servicing Department.
• Transfer and maintain charge off files to and from Tullahoma branch.
• Assist supervisor, branch managers or administration with projects requiring confidentiality, as requested.
• Purge files, as necessary.
• Responsible for loading and unloading the dishwasher each day.
• Attend various meetings and training sessions to keep updated on job duties or as assigned.
• Read all internal publications including HUB and Possibilities.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications: Education

• High school graduate or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be an accurate typist.
• Must be able to maintain numerical files and records accurately.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate professionally.
• A high degree of poise and tact to represent the credit union positively in outside contacts.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimum supervision.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Must have ability to operate or have ability to be trained to operate related office equipment, including calculator, check and receipt printers, computer terminal (PC), fax machine, photocopier, telephone, dishwasher and typewriter.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
