HIRING COMPANY DRIVERS CDL CLASS A OTR POSITION
- 3-4 weeks out on the road / 4-5 days home time
- Personal dispatcher will be assigned, who will know how, what and where you like to move * No force dispatching
- Dry Van Freight / No Touch / General Freight / Trucks 2020-2023 Freightliner Cascadia, Volvo VNL 760 (fridge inverters, top speed 73mph)
- Fuel Card (EFS Pilot Flying J)
- Direct Deposit every Friday
AVERAGE MILES AND PAY FOR COMPANY DRIVERS
- Solo Company Drivers up to 4000 miles
- Pay = 0.60 cents ALL MILES PAID depends on experience records + 5 cents if you go over 3000 miles per week
- Or 30% of gross revenue 8-11k per week
- We have cooperation and some direct clients throughout the year with our experienced dispatch team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Be at least 23 years of age
- Safe driving record and history
- Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals
- NO DUI / NO SAP
- Able to pass Clearing House required by the FMCSA
- 2 YEARS OVER THE ROAD EXPERIENCE NEEDED AT LEAST
