Priority Care Rehab Staffing is hiring a licensed  Speech Language Pathologists (SLP)for skilled nursing facilities across Florida.

In this role, you will help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function, making a meaningful impact on their independence and quality of life.

Whether you’re an experienced therapist or a new graduate, we provide a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress in compliance with Medicare and facility guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Florida Speech Therapist license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Not open for CFY
