Responsibilities
- Set and schedule HVAC Technicians, Installers and Sales appointments for jobs
- Ensure service technicians are dispatched efficiently
- Answer customer calls within a busy office and enter customer data into the computer
- Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Provide back up support for other office roles as required
Qualifications
What Do You Need
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
- One or more years of experience as a dispatcher or in customer service
- Availability to work a Thursday - Monday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with Tuesday and Wednesday off
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
- Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of the local geographic territory
- Must pass background check and drug screening
