Membership Manager

The Woman's Athletic Club of Chicago is seeking a Membership Manager to join one of the city's most distinguished private athletic and social clubs. Known for its rich history and deep member loyalty, the WAC offers a relationship-centered environment where genuine engagement and discretion matter more than sales pressure. The Membership Manager is responsible for membership recruitment, retention, and engagement, reporting to the Director of Membership and Communications. The role oversees the full application process, builds individual relationships with new members throughout their first year, supports the retention committee, coordinates new-member orientations, and maintains accurate records. A key focus in the first year will be learning the Club's membership culture, strengthening the new member onboarding process, and establishing consistent routines that support both relationship quality and administrative accuracy.
