Lot Attendant

Lot RunnerWe are a rapidly growing asset recovery company and need someone to run our lot in Younstown. Do you like the outdoors? Are you comfortable working alone? Are you a self-starter? If yes, we need you.Your responsibilities will include:cleaning out vehicles once they are repossessed and bagging and tagging the personal propertycommunicating with the office, debtors, transporters and the agentsattention to detail in processing paperwork using a tabletmaintaining the inventory on the lotprogramming keysEducational requirements and work experience:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredProven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervisionPrevious law enforcement or military a plusEither possess or can acquire a DOT physical card and Class D commercial driver's licenseBasic mechanical abilityPrevious experience working as a tow truck operation, or in the repo industry, as a flatbed operator, self-loader or tow dolly is encouraged, Industry certification a plusOrganizational skills and knowledge:Basic computer skills including internet and email, own a smartphone with serviceYou must have a clean driving record, pass a background and drug testClean, presentable appearance, reliable, strong work ethic and loyalAble to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendorsMeet the attendance schedule and repossession goals as agreed to with your supervisorInnovative, creative and seeks challenges while exercising analytical skills with determinationAbility to handle stress and multiple priorities with a level head and limited emotionFlexible and self-confident with exceptional interpersonal skillsEffective command skills, competent management and organizational and conflict resolution skills
