Job Details Job Location: Southbridge, MA 01550 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.15 - $23.33 Hourly Job Shift: 1st Shift/Days Job Category: Customer Service Location: Southbridge, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program Schedule: Monday and Saturday, 5:45am - 2:15pm Pay rate: $20.15-$23.33/hour Program Safety Guide Responsibilities Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication. Greet clients, provide customer service, monitor for client and staff safety, and communicate with clients in a trauma-sensitive manner guiding them in and out of the program orderly. Effectively manage crowd control and monitor for safety and alertness both in common areas, including parking lot. Use de-escalation and trauma-informed strategies to manage conflict among clients and visitors and utilize staff support as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or with individuals with substance use disorders. Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spectrum Health Systems
