Part-Time Endodontist (In-House) — Bellevue, WA.

Revive Dental Group — Bellevue | Redmond | Seattle.

About the role:

Revive Dental Group is hiring a part-time endodontist to handle internal referrals across our three Puget Sound offices. You'll be based out of our Bellevue location, with the option to treat at our Redmond and Seattle offices as case volume warrants.

This is a straightforward clinical role. Our general dentists refer directly to you, so there is no case-building, no marketing, and no practice management to worry about. You show up, treat, and go home. Scheduling, assisting, sterilization, insurance verification, and billing are all handled by our team.

Our Bellevue operatory is equipped with a Zumax surgical operating microscope, rotary NiTi instrumentation, CBCT scans with 3D reconstruction, and digital radiography throughout. We're happy to bring in the instruments and materials you prefer to work with.

What we're looking for:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited endodontic residency program.
• Active Washington State dental license (or license-eligible with application in progress).
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Professional liability (malpractice) coverage.
• Comfort working under the microscope on molar endo, retreatments, and calcified canals.
• Clear communication with referring GPs and a patient-first chairside manner.

Responsibilities:

• Perform non-surgical root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies as indicated.
• Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic cases referred by our general dentists.
• Evaluate cracked teeth, traumatic injuries, and cases of uncertain prognosis.
• Manage endodontic emergencies and post-operative follow-up.
• Document treatment thoroughly and communicate findings back to the referring provider.
• Work alongside a dedicated dental assistant trained in endodontic procedures.

Schedule and compensation:

• Schedule: [2 days per month] — flexible and set in advance around your availability.
• Compensation: [$1400 or 40% production].
• Location: Primarily 9 Lake Bellevue Dr, Suite 203, Bellevue, WA, with optional days in Redmond and Seattle.
