Remote CDI Director — Multi‑Hospital Leadership

University of Minnesota School of Nursing

Optum is seeking a Service Area Director, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) to lead CDI programs across Arizona and Nevada with remote work flexibility within the United States. The role requires strong operational leadership, clinical documentation expertise, and collaboration with hospital leadership and care teams.

Responsibilities include staffing, KPI reporting, education for providers, and cross‑functional coordination with finance, quality, and case management.
