DescriptionCommunity Health Worker – Wellness for Life Mobile HealthBring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + TogetherWork location: Texas Health DallasWork hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening hours may be required. Diploma or equivalent is required.
