Affidavit Specialist

North Chesterfield, VA- Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Process affidavit submissions and supporting documentation in accordance with client requirements and established timelines.
- Manage multiple client email queues and ensure requests are completed accurately and within service-level expectations.
- Respond to urgent requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Review, validate, and update legal documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding affidavit processing, approvals, and corrections.
- Escalate procedural issues, exceptions, or client concerns to management as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and document account activity within internal systems.
- Verify information across spreadsheets, databases, and legal documentation to ensure data integrity.
- Track approvals, rejections, and required follow-up actions while ensuring all documentation is properly recorded.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, legal support, operations focused environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organization skills and exceptional attention to detail
