Job Description
ROLE - SPECIALTY
Operating Room RN - Orthopedics

SCHEDULE
- Shift: 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, 06:30 to 19:00
- Call required: Up to 10 calls per 12-week contract, including nights and weekends
- Weekend coverage: Call-only 24-hour shift (either Saturday or Sunday)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
- Orientation: 40 hours

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
- Level 1 experience required
- EPIC experience required
- Licensure: Valid compact or state RN license
- Certifications: BLS, NIHSS (ACLS preferred)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Circulate in orthopedic, general, and robotic surgical cases
- Monitor patient conditions during conscious sedation
- Assist in maintaining OR efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Ohio fingerprinting required before start
- Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director)
- Pre-approved time off must be included with submission
