Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized, compassionate care to neonates in a Level II/III NICU
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care alongside interdisciplinary teams
• Educate and support families during their NICU journey
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in state of practice
• Minimum 2 years of recent Level II/III NICU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (all required)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and adaptability skills
