Leasing Consultant - Esper

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and service-oriented professional to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for current and prospective residents. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, supporting leasing activities, building strong relationships, and contributing to a welcoming community environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, amenities, and community features.
• Conduct community tours and present homes and common areas in a professional, engaging manner.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from initial contact through move-in.
• Prepare and complete lease documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records of prospects, applications, and resident information in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions, encourage conversions, and support occupancy goals.
• Assist residents with questions, service requests, and general community information as needed.
• Support marketing efforts, outreach initiatives, and resident events to promote community engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive resident experience and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, email, and property management software is a plus.
• Professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach to working with residents and prospects.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends or varied hours based on community needs.
