Shift Manager
We are looking for shift managers with an outgoing, energetic, positive, and friendly personality to help lead the team at our drive-thru only store! Using our core values of integrity, love, humility, and courage as a guide, you'll help develop a team of amazing people, serving amazing drinks, amazingly fast. If coffee is new to you, don't worry. We'll teach you everything you need to know!
Hours: Flexible schedule with all shifts available

Responsibilities:
- Leading shifts including morning rushes, middays, and closes.
- Training new Baristas
- Assist with ordering and administrative duties as needed.
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and food.
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed.
- Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
- Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and distributing deliveries.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Managing and minimizing business costs

- While scheduling is flexible and you won't work all weekends or nights, this position does require weekend and some night availability.
- Must be 18 or older
