**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assistant Store Leader to support the overall operations and management of our retail store. The Assistant Store Leader will assist the Store Leader in driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and upholding the store's standards.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience required; leadership experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Store Leader in managing daily store operations
- Supervise and train store staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Assist in achieving sales targets and goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Help in inventory management and restocking
- Uphold store policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Store Leader to implement marketing strategies and promotions
- Support in scheduling and staffing needs
