Conduct thorough research and provide legal analysis. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of professional ERISA law practice experience. Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems. Superior research skills using online services and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Education Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license for the state in which the candidate will work. Skills Strong communication, research, and writing skills. Project management skills.
