Member Experience & Club Operations Manager

Bears Fit in Vernon Hills, IL seeks an Operations Manager to lead club operations and deliver outstanding guest and member experiences. You will hire, train and develop a strong Member Services, Recovery Lounge and Fuel Zone team, drive revenue goals, ensure cleanliness and safety, and uphold company standards while coaching staff under the GM guidance.
