Practical experience with core engineering, releasing, and publishing systems, including WERS, CMMS, TeamCenter, CAD, GCAT, and PCII.Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and visualization platforms, including Alteryx, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including evaluating and implementing practical AI use cases to streamline business processes (preferred). This role will drive modernization of enterprise parts systems, champion AI-enabled innovation, and ensure global consistency in service parts releasing and cataloging. The ideal candidate is a proven people leader with deep functional expertise and a track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide system initiatives. Direct and empower high-performing operational teams across NA Parts Analysis, Part Releasing, Cataloging, Technical Illustration, New Model Launch, and Motorcraft Authoring. Provide strong leadership, coaching, and operational direction across a blended workforce comprising Ford personnel, agency contractors, purchased services, and Global Business Services (GBS) teams. Architect and execute the end-to-end Parts Releasing and Catalog Modernization strategy—defining core requirements, evaluating software solutions, securing global alignment, building robust business cases, and leading system testing and enterprise implementation. Pioneer and integrate AI-driven tools and process automation to continuously elevate catalog data quality, streamline workflows, and accelerate time-to-market. Formulate strategic plans and tactical roadmaps to maximize catalog accuracy and usability, leveraging advanced data analytics, root-cause problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks. Oversee multi-channel catalog publication across three Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs), Motorcraft, and downstream enterprise users, while managing data licensing and commercial catalog agreements. Establish agile prioritization frameworks for ongoing system enhancements, maintenance, and defect resolution across enterprise platforms to maintain operational stability and performance. Champion and enforce global standards, governance models, and authoring guidelines for service part releasing and catalog authoring to ensure worldwide consistency. Drive program readiness for assigned New Model Programs to consistently achieve a minimum of 98% service part availability at the “Ok to Buy” (OTB) milestone. Partner cross-functionally with Product Development and Warranty teams to reduce service part complexity, eliminate waste, and deliver measurable cost savings and cost avoidance.
