Spectrum Retail Sales Associate

No previous sales experience required. Paid training provided.

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our retail sales team representing Spectrum services inside high-traffic retail locations.

In this role, you’ll speak directly with customers, learn about their current internet and entertainment needs, explain available Spectrum options, and help them choose services that make sense for their household.

You’ll receive hands-on training designed to build your communication, sales, and customer service skills from the ground up. This is a performance-driven environment with weekly pay, bonus opportunities, and room to grow for team members who consistently perform.

What You’ll Do

• Start conversations with customers in a retail environment

• Ask questions to understand customer needs

• Present Spectrum internet and service options clearly

• Explain product features, promotions, and benefits

• Recommend additional services when appropriate

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the day

• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation

• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
