Outbound Sales Representative

Overview Outbound LIGHTHOUSE FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative. This role involves outbound calls on high-intent leads with verified debt amounts, in-office at Plantation, FL. Managed by experienced executives in the financial wellness industry, the team provides debt settlement counseling and financial programs tailored to client needs. The goal is to help clients achieve debt relief in the most cost-effective and timely manner while prioritizing client service. Responsibilities Navigate basic computer software, email platforms, debt management tools, and operate a multi-line phone system Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats with potential clients Engage with clients over the phone or in person to provide sound financial advice and counseling Determine debt obligations by interviewing clients and reviewing bills and payment schedules Review credit reports and statements to fit clients into the appropriate financial wellness program Enroll potential clients into a financial program to address outstanding debts Provide educated advice by assessing income, assets, budgeting, and expenses to qualify clients for the best program Develop a tailored financial plan to reduce high-interest debt where applicable Qualifications Post-secondary education Previous experience in credit and/or collections, financial planning, and sales preferred Strong interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication Fact-gathering skills Proficiency with PC systems Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines Self-motivated with a commitment to continual improvement Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize Requirements & Experience Outbound sales: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits & Compensation Compensation: Hourly Base Rate + Commissions + Bonus(s).
