What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care while helping ensure the comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect
• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition or behavior to the nursing team
• Help maintain residents' comfort, safety, and well-being
• Routinely round on residents and respond to their needs
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and team members
• Follow facility policies and long-term care standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Current CNA certification
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program
• A caring, dependable, and compassionate individual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to scheduled shifts on time
• A passion for providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others
