Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties is seeking compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregivers to join our team in Columbus, OH, serving Franklin and Delaware Counties. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide essential support to seniors and adults who wish to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through one-on-one care, companionship, and daily assistance. Griswold Home Care for Franklin and Delaware Counties is known for its supportive local office team, consistent live-in assignments, and commitment to high-quality, client-centered care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks Offer medication reminders as needed Accompany clients to appointments and errands Follow individualized care plans and monitor client well-being Report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass an Ohio BCI background check Ability to complete a caregiver skills assessment Compassionate, dependable, and patient Ability to commit to live-in assignments Preferred: Previous caregiving experience Preferred: Experience as a Home Care Aide (HCA), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or STNA Preferred: Experience working with seniors, dementia care, or Alzheimer's care Compensation $200-$250 per day Benefits Room and board provided during live-in assignments Private sleeping accommodations during assignments Consistent live-in assignments available Supportive local office team Opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients Make a direct impact on clients' quality of life #J-18808-Ljbffr Air Comfort, Inc
