Chemical Blender Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift
Pay Rate : $21.00+/hr based on experience
Location : Walton, KY
Chemical Blender Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- 3 years of prior chemical blending experience required.
- 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Strong math skills.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to read and follow blending tickets, SOPs, and production documentation.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Salary requirements should be provided with resume submission.
As a Chemical Blender, your responsibilities will include:
- Stage and prepare ingredients for production.
- Weigh and blend materials according to formulas and specifications.
- Maintain raw materials and production documentation.
- Assist with tanker unloading.
- Follow SOPs and quality standards.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
- Perform routine calibration of scales and blending equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
