Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We support healthcare organizations and government agencies by building strong pipelines of qualified healthcare administrative professionals.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are currently connecting with Credentialing Specialists in Bellevue, Washington, and the surrounding 10-mile areas for future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool for upcoming healthcare and government contracts.

Credentialing Specialists

Provider Enrollment Specialists

Medical Staff Coordinators

Healthcare Compliance Support Professionals

Preferred experience:

Provider credentialing and enrollment

CAQH management

Medicare/Medicaid enrollment

Insurance verification

Healthcare compliance documentation

Maintaining provider files and records

Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare groups

Preferred skills:

Strong attention to detail

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and credentialing workflows

Experience with healthcare systems and databases

Strong organizational and communication skills
