This is a hands‑on, multi‑faceted role with opportunities to learn all areas of the business — from customer service and sales support to production, installations, and day‑to‑day operational support alongside ownership. What You’ll Help With: Supporting the owner with daily operational needs Assisting customers in‑store, over the phone, and via email Learning our products and helping guide customer solutions Supporting sales efforts and customer follow‑up Assisting production teams with apparel, signage, printing, and promotional products Helping with installations including decals, signage, vehicle graphics, and wraps Keeping projects organized and moving efficiently Jumping in wherever needed to support the team What We’re Looking For: Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and adaptable Comfortable working in both office and hands‑on environments Team player mentality with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced setting Previous experience in customer service, retail, production, or management is helpful — but not required Why Join Instant Imprints?
