Ultrasound Probe Repair And Testing TechnicianSIS is currently looking for a motivated team player with relevant experience to fill a position as an Ultrasound Probe Repair and Testing Technician. The successful candidate will repair and refurbish ultrasound probes according to original manufacturer and company specifications. The Technician must perform semi-autonomously, assessing instrumentation, evaluating problems, and executing repairs. He/She must present a professional demeanor and take ownership of responsibilities, acting proactively on behalf of the company and the customer, and ensuring the highest quality customer experience.Essential Job Functions:Troubleshoot ultrasound probes that do not meet voltage standardsUse multimeters and oscilloscopes to identify and repair shorts and opensMicro-soldering probe arrays onto boardsTest probes before submitting to Final QCCapabilities:Acute attention to detail and aptitude for analyzing and solving problemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping safety and service paramountMaintain a professional demeanorBasic computer skillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishCapable of occasionally lifting items up to 25 pounds
