Job Title: Packaging Associate / Backup Route Driver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Associate / Backup Route Driver . This role primarily involves packaging products efficiently and accurately for daily shipments. Additionally, the employee must be available to assist as a route driver when needed, ensuring timely and professional deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products according to company standards and prepare them for shipment.
- Ensure accuracy in labeling, inventory counts, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized packaging area.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles when necessary.
- Serve as a backup route driver, delivering products safely and on time as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if driving is required).
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
- Flexibility to assist with driving duties on short notice.
- Prior experience in packaging is not required. We will train.
