We are seeking a Project Manager in procurement of custom manufactured metal and plastic components. You will manage customer accounts of OEM Components of 1,000-1,500 individual SKU's to ensure all orders are met and control inventory and purchasing for the account.

Responsibilities:

• Handle existing customer accounts
• Track and update inventory
• Order parts as needed for customer's requirements
• Handle communication with overseas vendors
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Manage new projects from order placement to delivery
• Communicate with multiple departments on a daily basis
• Coordinate shipments from vendors to customer
• Analyze and determine purchasing needs based on orders and inventory levels

​Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous experience in procurement with a background in manufacturing or distribution/inventory
• Experience dealing with overseas vendors is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of OEM metal and/or plastic components and blueprints is preferred
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Moderate MS Word and Outlook
• Use of ERP software (Preferable Oracle Netsuite) a must
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Independent worker
• Great communication skills

• Ability to problem solve

Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday

Experience:

• Inventory management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Project management: 3 years (Required)
• Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
