The SPARK Graduate Development Program is Hewlett Packard Enterprise Finance & Strategy's flagship early-career rotational program, intentionally designed to ignite the next generation of finance leaders through hands-on experience, executive exposure, and structured development across core and strategic finance functions.

Join our dynamic Finance and Strategy team through a structured Rotation Program designed to accelerate your career. Over the course of 24 months, you'll rotate through four different teams/functions, spending 6 months in each. This immersive experience will expose you to a broad spectrum of strategic and financial disciplines, preparing you for a permanent placement in a team that aligns with your strengths and interests.

We're seeking high-potential undergraduate and MBA students who are:

• Passionate about finance, strategy, and solving complex business challenges
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn across diverse functions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Strong communicators with a bias for action
• Eager to explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI and data analytics, to drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Business Unit Finance
• Corporate Strategy
• Supply Chain Finance
• Sales Finance
• Global Procurement
• Digital Finance & Transformation Initiatives
• Investor Relations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or MBA degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or expected graduation by May 2027)
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling is a plus
• Prior internship or work experience in finance or strategy is preferred but not required
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital tools as enablers of modern finance
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a tech-forward environment

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – United States of America: Annual Salary USD 55,500 - 125,500 in TexasThe listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
