Senior Construction Superintendent

Title: Construction Superintendent (Mid-level) Location: Lenexa, Kansas We have been in business for the last 50+ years and have a very strong track record in the following fields (in order of most pressing at the moment): Public Secto r - Fire Station, Police Facility, City Halls Mixed Us e - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers Healthcar e - Medical Offices, Surgical Centers Responsibilities Oversee daily operation of construction projectsEnsure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed. Communicate project progress with clients and project managers. Manage subcontractors and construction site organization. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a lead or solo super with project experience between $5-$20 million Or experience as an area super on larger scale builds. Proven ability to successfully manage all on-site construction operations, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control for large-scale projects from groundbreaking through closeout. Strong planning, coordination, and communication capabilities. Ensures adherence to contract requirements and project specifications. Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with trades, subcontractors, and project teams. Oversees construction material procurement, staging, storage, and site security operations. Bonus points for any Preconstruction / Estimating background (not required). What we offer Primarily local projects with no overnight travel required. Diverse portfolio of projects across varying sizes, scopes, and ownership groups.
