Job Description A Well-Respected Public Accounting Firm in Lousiana is seeking the next Audit Senior Manager to join their team! This role offers a choice of working in New Orleans or Baton Rouge. This individual needs to have experience managing/training/ and developing a team of Audit Staff & Seniors. The firm offers a clear path to Partner and helps you along the way! Job Duties:
- Guide clients through complex issues
- Review of staff's work
- Pursue CPE
- Engagement oversight
- Develop client relationships
- Mentor & Develop Staff
- CPA or EA
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Minimum of 7 Years of Experience in Public Accounting
- Experience with Non-profit, Governmental, or Employee Benefit Plan Audits
- Ability to manage teams
- Medical, Dental & Vision Offered
