Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical with Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Alton, Illinois. This role involves providing care on an Acute Medical Unit specializing in adult and geriatric patients requiring telemetry monitoring, advanced medication infusions, and neurological assessments. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of assignment.

Job Details:

• Location: Alton, Illinois
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM, 3x12s
• Minimum Hours per Week: 36 hours
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of nursing experience, active Illinois license (MO license accepted if applicable), certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, neurological or telemetry experience.
• Schedule: Nights 1900-0730, 3 shifts per week with minimum of 36-hours weekly.
• Additional Information: Must have completed N95 fit testing within the past 12 months, including date and clinic information. Floating within service line may be required. No trauma level experience or teaching hospital experience required.
