EquipmentUsed: Computer,Telephone,Oven,Stove,Microwave,Dishwasher,MeatSlicer Exceptasspecificallynoted,thefollowing fun ctionsareconsideredessentialtothisposition. Mayberesponsibleforsomethefollowingdutiesandresponsibilitiesunderthedirectionofthe DietaryManager.
- Sweepandmopfloors,washfoodprepareas,wipetables,walls,coolers,freezers, etc..
- Required to removegarbagefromkitchenandhoseoutgarbagecontainers.
- Mustbeabletooperateindustrialsizedishwasher,meatslicer,mixer,foodprocessor,toaster, ovens,steamer,coffeepot. Mustbeabletomovequicklyincompletingtasksathand.
- Mustbeabletosetuptrays,stockfood suppliestoproperlocationupondeliveries.
- Preparevariousfoodsdependingon menu createdbyCDMandRD.
- Maintainanadequateliaisonwithfamiliesandresidentsasnecessary.
- Develop, reviewand follow diet plans for individual residents.
- Ensurethatdietaryserviceworkareas,foodstorageareas,andpreparationareasaremaintained inacleanandsanitarymanner.
