As a PeopleReady associate you'll benefit from: Next-day pay for many of our open positions The choice of long-term positions for steady work or short-term positions for extra cash Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $38 - $50 / hour* What you'll be doing as an HVAC Technician: Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Work with cooling towers, water-source heat pumps, chillers, and VRF systems Clearly document completed work and communicate equipment concerns Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Minimum of eight years of HVAC experience Strong commercial HVAC experience Experience working with Cooling towers, Water-source heat pumps, Chillers Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and complete assignments efficiently Dependable, professional, and safety-focused Background Check and Drug Test Required Ready to take control of the way you work? *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
