???? What You’ll Do
•Provide 1:1 and small group support to students in Simi Valley classrooms.
•Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction, routines, and lesson reinforcement.
•Support students with special needs by helping reinforce IEP goals and positive behavior strategies.
•Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment. 

✅ What You Need
•High school diploma or GED.
•Minimum age of 18.
•Ability to pass standard California school clearances (Background check, TB test and Drug screening).
•A passion for helping local students succeed.

⭐ Preferred (But Not Required)
•Previous experience working with children (daycare, sports coaching, tutoring, or schools).
•Special education or behavioral support experience.
