Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent based in NW Montana. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Daily tasks include listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service. The role requires strong sales skills and a thorough understanding of real estate markets and practices.

We offer a competitive commission split based on experience with a cap at $12,000.

Revenue share! xhyhwjd For every agent that you recruit to NorthScapes Realty, you will get one-third of the brokerage split on every transaction they complete up to their annual cap. This can be an additional $4,000 in your pocket each year if they cap.
CloseFlowHQ Sales - our brokerage built CloseFlow, a brokerage operating system and are offering a 20% ongoing commission to any agent that introduces it to a brokerage that signs up! This can be ongoing residual income that remains in effect as long as both the agent is active with NorthScapes Realty and the brokerage has a paid subscription.
