This role performs routine and repetitive tasks, operates basic warehouse equipment, and works under frequent guidance to support safe and efficient operations.**What You Will Do*** Move, receive, store, and ship materials or products within the warehouse following standard procedures.* Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, or conveyors with guidance.* Load and unload materials while verifying quantities, labels, and packaging.* Record inventory movements, shipments, and receipts using computer systems or paperwork.* Perform housekeeping and general warehouse maintenance to keep work areas clean and organized.* Follow all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean work environment.* Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice.* Perform other duties as assigned**What You Will Need*** Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.* Must be 18 years or older.* Understand and communicate efficiently in English (verbal/written).* Willingness to learn warehouse processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.* Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation.**What Will Put You Ahead*** Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.* Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.* Basic computer or scanning experience for inventory or shipping transactions.* Awareness of warehouse safety practices or material handling procedures**Benefits*** Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance* Paid Vacation and Holidays* 401(k) with Cargill Matching Contributions* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)* Development Opportunities**About Cargill**Cargill is a family company committed to providing food and agricultural solutions to nourish the world in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.
