Entry Level Automotive Technician (Training Provided) - Sherman Oaks, CA

Location 1925 South Atlantic Blvd, Monterey Park, CA Shift Schedule Standardized schedules with optional overtime; includes weekends and some holidays. Walk-in interviews Monday – Saturday 10 AM – 2 PM. Compensation Starting pay $20.40 per hour, experience‑based pay, structured wage progression, and long‑term stability. Responsibilities Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other preventive maintenance tasks. Assist senior technicians with additional automotive services. Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles. Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations. Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation. Perform manual tasks requiring light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting as needed. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18 years. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship. Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information; identify problems; make decisions. Commitment to learning new technologies and following safety policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Prior automotive preventive maintenance experience or formal automotive training. Skills Developed Basic automotive service skills: tire mounting/balancing, tire repair, oil changes, filter replacements, etc. Advanced automotive service knowledge through training with mid and senior level technicians.
