Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunch

Looking for a steady Monday-Friday day shift where you can work with your hands and stay active? We're hiring a Shipping Associate in Hastings, NE to help load and prepare pipe for shipment.

This is a physical, outdoor position that's a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can handle being on their feet throughout the day and takes pride in being dependable. Forklift training will be provided giving you the opportunity to add valuable equipment experience to your skill set.

What You'll Do

• Work outdoors as part of the shipping team
• Load pipe onto trucks for shipment
• Lift, move and handle materials throughout the workday
• Help ensure shipments are loaded safely and correctly
• Remain on your feet and physically active for the majority of the shift
• Learn to safely operate a forklift
• Follow workplace safety procedures
• Maintain a dependable work schedule and excellent attendance
• Assist with other shipping and material-handling duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout an 8-hour shift
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to lift and handle materials safely
• Excellent attendance and reliability are required
• Willingness and ability to learn forklift operation
• Safety-minded and able to follow instructions
• Steel-toed boots required
