Your Mission As a Lab Aide (Phlebotomist) in Cortez, you'll help keep patient care moving fast and safely by collecting high-quality specimens and supporting accurate lab testing. Key responsibilities: Perform venipunctures and capillary/skin punctures efficiently and correctly Understand test requirements and assist the Clinical Laboratory as needed Collect specimens for blood cultures, bleeding time testing, and routine blood samples Complete patient/specimen registration in line with hospital policy Required qualifications/skills: High School Diploma or equivalent Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred Current BLS CPR certification Communicate effectively in English (additional languages preferred) Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills Ready to launch your career and grow your hands-on skills-(position remains open a minimum of 7 days).
